Clear system drive by disk clean up tool on Windows 7 / Server 2008

1. Go to "Start menu" > click at "Computer" > you will see C drive or D drive then right click on C drive and click at "Properties"

1.1 Click Disk clean up button (left center side)

2. The disk clean up window suddenly show and look default check list is total amount 2.18GB but you can select more and select all (depend on your space).

3. Select more items and total amount of disk space increase up to 10 GB. (Temporary files is big file)

4. You can check the details of Recycle Bin by "View files" button before to do disk clean up.
4.1 Next, click OK

5. Answer "Yes" to confirm disk clean up process

6. Cleaning up drive C (It will take time 5 - 20 minutes, depend on your data)

7. Check the disk space after finish disk clean up will give a lot of space but not increase space as same temporary size is 10GB before disk clean up. (may-be try to restart and check space again)

8. Check disk clean up button again is no temporary files.

9. So. Don't forget to clean up your space unless 1 time per month

10. Complete!!

Setting file sharing on windows computer

การตั้งค่าไฟล์แชร์ลิงบน วินโดส์คอมพิวเตอร์

1. Go to drive or partition on your computer then right click and click "Properties".

2. See new window then go to "Sharing" tab and click "Advance Sharing"

3. In Advance sharing window, click TRUE on "Share this folder" then put your share name into text box (can space) and also put your comments into text box (comment for reminder)

4. Finished for setting and look the network path then select all with right click and click "copy" on right click menu.

5. Test access from your address bar on windows explorer or another machine in same network.

\\yourname\sharename

6. if not work for network access please click off firewall function on windows then test again

How to Enable Thumbnail Picture on Microsoft Windows

1. Your picture on windows computer not show small picture but don't worry about that because we can setting.

2. Open windows explorer > Press Alt on keyboard > Go to menu "Tools" > Folder Options

3. Go to tab "View" > In advanced settings > and see "Always show icons, never thumbnail" still check TRUE

4. You must remove check TRUE on "Always show icons, never thumbnail" still check TRUE" > Press OK.

5.Go check the pciture on your computer.

Enable Microsoft Windows Vista / 7 / Server 2008 Firewall by basic and setting allow port

ตั้งค่า วินโดสไฟล์วอแบบง่ายและแบบตั้งค่าเปิดพอร์ต

1. Go to control panel > Windows Firewall

2. If you found red color mean your windows firewall is off. you want to enable? Next, click "turn windows firewall on or off" on left side.

3. In home or work part please click "Turn on windows firewall" and leave option as same default. Otherwise public part please click "Turn on windows firewall"

4. For allow port windows go to Advance setting

5. You will found "adavnce fiewall mode"

6. Click "New Rule"

7. Choose "Port"

8. For example is need to allow port number 6223 (you need to know port number from you program first)

Click TCP and Specific ports type 6223 but you can put 2 or manything.

Note: put 1 port = 6223

put 2 ports is = 6223,6224

put 3 ports is = 6223-6225

put 3 ports as same example and 1 port is 80 = 80, 6223-6225

You can modify by yourself.

9. Choose "Allow the connection"

Note : You can choose "block the connection" if you want to block

10. Check all box for support all type of network

Note: When you connect to network by LAN or Wifi at the first time please see the question from windows to choose kind of network.

11. Create your name of Rule and description (Easy for memorize)

12. When complete you will see the name of your firewall rule on the first record.

Create Windows7 Professional VPN client

How to create windows Vista / 7 / 8 / Server 2008 client VPN
การสร้าง VPN client หรือ เชื่อมต่อ
1. Control Panel > Networking and Sharing Center
2. Setup a new connection or network
3. Choose connect to a workplace or VPN connection to your workplace

4. Click No, Create New connection

5.Click Use my Internet connection (VPN)

6.Put the public IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

7. Put the username, password and blank domain (leave empty) for VPN client ( if not have, check your administrator)

8. Click Next and wait connection testing until finish but if you just create you can press skip
9. Click close
10. Go to Control Panel > Connection and sharing > Change adapter setting < click connect
(You look the properties for some configuration)
